These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved in the courts located in Lahore, Pakistan.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
